Life is full of challenges. Stress is real. Change is hard. Loss takes a toll. Nobody was made with infinite capacity. So inevitably, this thing called “burnout” happens. To address it, we try to take a vacation or a nap. It seems to work for a second, but then the burnout is back again. Maybe what we need is not another vacation, but to address the real, underlying issue?
